Please fill out the BULLETIN ANNOUNCEMENT FORM if you would like to submit an announcement in the church bulletin. Submissions after Wednesday night will be put into the following week’s bulletin.
If you are a member of our church or a ministry leader and interested in using the facilities for an event, please fill out the CHURCH USE REQUEST FORM and send Sarah an email once it is complete.
Ministry leaders can submit requests for checks or payment by picking up and filling out a check request form in the church office and leaving it on the desk along with a copy of the receipt.
For any ministry that would like an announcement slide on Sundays, send any information you would like on it to forkedriverbaptist@gmail.com. If you have a slide already created, attach it to the email as a .jpg file.
